CHANGE POLICY

All tours can be changed with more than 48 hours notice. (48 hours from the scheduled departure time). The Customer effects written change requests by replying to the confirmation email.

Half-Day Tours can be changed without penalty or change fee.

Full Day Tours can be changed with a $35 per person change fee. The change fee is required to pay for a new park permit. All full-day tours require a park permit that is issued by name for a particular departure.

MERCHANDISE CHANGE & RETURN POLICY

All merchandise can be changed, exchanged or returned without question, and with no change fees or penalties. Only shipping will be charged for merchandise exchanged after departure from the tour. However, where merchandise is defective, there will be no charge for shipping. All refunds will be processed within two business days.


CANCELLATION POLICY

All tours can be cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. (48 hours from the scheduled departure time). All refunds will be processed within two business days. Cancellation requests must be in writing by replying to the confirmation email.

Half-Day Tours can be cancelled without penalty.

Full Day Tours can be cancelled with a $35 per person cancellation fee (to pay for the park permit).

All tours cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, no-shows for the courtesy shuttle. By not showing on time to scheduled pick up point may also result in loss of tour. All guests must provide a cell-phone or texting app (for international clients) and an email address at the time of booking and will receive texts, calls (if available) and emails reminding them of the time and place for pick-up.

Trips run rain or shine. However, Blazin’ Paddles reserves the right to cancel any tour departure for weather or safety reasons and will provide a full refund to include the park permit for any tour cancelled by the Company.

All guests must sign a Release of Liability Waiver and a Health & Fitness Declaration upon receipt of confirmation of the tour. Guests who are refused participation by the Company prior to tour departure for undeclared or mistaken Health & Fitness issues will be returned to their pick-up point with a full refund.


PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally identifiable information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We use regular Malware Scanning.
